Just a little disappointed on how I received my delayed wellies, the plastic packaging is broken and the box itself is ripped off to pieces, I messaged Barbour soon as I got them. I’m not sure whose fault is it between them or the courier. Good thing the wellies are not damage.

y daughter chose a jacket on sale at £164 - happy to pay over £100 extra after the wellies were exchanged (in perfect condition, in a pristine box, and absolutely resellable), but this was refused. So she now doesn't have the jacket, but she has 2 pairs of identical wellies. However, you also don't have the extra £100+ or our custom ever again.
